The Contract is fairly straight forward. Note it is with Voyage South Africa. All litigation takes place there. For me it has been expensive and not very effective. If you go to court you must be present and available for many weeks in South Africa. Voyage is only warrantying the parts they make (the fiberglass). They do not stand behind their subcontractors. If you have a problem you must deal with each individual manufacturer. You do not have any leverage and Voyage does not get involved even though they installed it.
